True You Models - Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a model with True You.

To ensure your safety, satisfaction, and a smooth experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking, you agree to all of the terms outlined below.

If you have any questions not addressed here, please contact us at info@trueyou.uk.

Please note:  We do not currently offer routine telephone support.

1. Training Environment & Waiting Times

All treatments are carried out as part of structured training courses for qualified healthcare professionals. Delegates train at different speeds, so waiting times may vary.

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for your appointment.

While we aim to keep delays to a minimum, we cannot guarantee appointment start times. If you are unable to wait the full duration, we will not be able to reschedule your appointment or issue a refund. Your booking and payment will be offered to another model.

2. Photography & Filming

By registering as a model, you consent to the use of photography and video recording:

  • For your medical records

  • For promotional purposes (including social media, printed materials, and our website)

  • For use by True You delegates and training partners

  • As part of future educational resources and case studies

You will be asked to sign a Photo & Video Release Form before treatment. Your full name and contact details will never be disclosed.

All content may be used in the UK and internationally. Copyright will remain the property of True You and/or its training partners.

You will not be entitled to compensation or royalties from the use of any media.

This consent is valid for a period of ten years.

3. Cancellations

If you cancel with at least 14 days’ notice, you may request a full refund or reschedule your session.
If you cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, you will forfeit your payment and your place will be offered to another individual.

4. Pre-Treatment Advice: Minimising Bruising & Swelling

Injectable treatments may result in temporary bruising or swelling. To reduce the risk:

Avoid for 24 hours before and after your appointment:

  • Alcohol

  • Caffeine (coffee, tea, green tea, energy drinks)

  • Smoking (if possible)

Avoid for 7 days before your appointment:

  • Aspirin or anti-inflammatories (e.g. ibuprofen, naproxen)

  • Fish oil, vitamin E, and multivitamins (unless medically necessary)

Note: Paracetamol is safe to take.

Failure to follow this advice may increase the risk of bruising, swelling, or being turned away on the day of treatment.

5. Medical Information

You are required to complete a Medical History Form in advance of your treatment. It is essential that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Please declare all:

  • Medical conditions

  • Allergies

  • Medications (prescription or over-the-counter)

You must not attend if you are:

  • Pregnant

  • Breastfeeding

True You cannot be held responsible for any adverse effects resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

If you agree to the above and are happy to proceed, we look forward to welcoming you as a model at True You.
