Dr Gupta is a highly experienced oral surgeon and aesthetic practitioner with a special interest in facial anatomy and aesthetic medicine. She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and has extensive experience in both NHS and private healthcare settings, including Harley Street clinics catering to high-profile and celebrity clients.

Dr Gupta works as a locum Oral Surgery Consultant and brings advanced surgical expertise to her aesthetic practice. She is a former trainer for a leading UK aesthetics training provider and now leads her own successful training programmes, mentoring clinicians across all levels of experience. She is also an invited faculty member for the prestigious London Facial Cosmetic Lab Conference, where she trains alongside some of the country’s top surgeons.

Her clinical background includes previous key roles within the Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where she helped improve protocols for the safe use of botulinum toxin in managing TMD and chronic facial pain bridging the gap between functional and aesthetic treatments.

Dr Gupta is passionate about education and the advancement of safe, ethical aesthetics. She has designed and delivers sought-after cadaveric anatomy and injectable courses, run multiple times each year. Her teaching is grounded in hands-on experience, anatomical precision, and long-term mentorship, equipping delegates with the confidence to treat complex cases safely and effectively.

Known for her calm, supportive teaching style and deep commitment to patient safety, Dr Gupta empowers clinicians to elevate their skills while always prioritising ethical, evidence-based care.

Dr Tarun Nagpal (BDS, MFDS RCS, MOralSurg) is an award-winning Specialist Oral Surgeon with extensive experience across both hospital-based consultant roles and private practice settings.

With a career spanning complex secondary care and advanced primary care oral surgery, Dr Nagpal offers the full spectrum of surgical services—from routine extractions to the management of medically complex referrals. His dual expertise enables him to bridge the gap between general practice and specialist-level care, and he is passionate about raising surgical standards across both sectors.

Dr Nagpal plays an active national role in the recruitment and development of future oral surgeons. He is a member of the UK National Recruitment Committee for Oral Surgery, a key position that shapes the future of specialist workforce planning. He also serves as Course Lead for the Smile Dental Academy’s Oral Surgery Diploma, where he mentors clinicians in advanced oral surgical techniques and decision-making.

A former London Regional Representative for the British Association of Oral Surgeons, Dr Nagpal has delivered training within NHS Trusts, academic programmes, and independent settings across the UK. He is now establishing his own educational platform—Simply Oral Surgery—with a focus on practical, skills-based training for dental professionals at all levels.

Dr Nagpal also brings additional expertise in the management of head and neck cancer, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and hyperhidrosis, offering insights that enrich both his clinical and teaching practice.
